These Terms of Service govern your use of the DOZI iOS app and related services. By using DOZI, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

DOZI Is Not Medical Care

DOZI is a tracking and organization tool for GLP-1 routines, nutrition, symptoms, weight, reminders, recipes, and notes. DOZI does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, prescription guidance, or emergency services. Always consult a licensed clinician before making decisions about medication, dosage, diet, exercise, symptoms, side effects, or treatment. If you may be experiencing a medical emergency, contact emergency services immediately.

AI and Nutrition Estimates

DOZI may provide AI-generated chat responses, summaries, and nutrition estimates. These outputs are informational, may be incomplete or inaccurate, and should be reviewed before you rely on them. Nutrition estimates are not a substitute for product labels, professional dietary guidance, or medical advice.

Your Account

You may need to sign in with Apple to use synced features. You are responsible for maintaining control of your device and account credentials and for the accuracy of information you enter into DOZI. You may delete your account in the app, subject to the retention limits described in the Privacy Policy.

Subscriptions and Purchases

DOZI may offer paid features through auto-renewing subscriptions or other in-app purchases processed by Apple. Pricing and billing terms are shown before purchase. Apple handles billing, cancellation, and refunds under its own App Store rules. RevenueCat may be used to manage subscription entitlements and purchase restoration. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account settings.

Your Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Use DOZI for emergency care, clinical decision-making, or as a replacement for professional medical advice.
• Enter information that you do not have the right to provide.
• Misuse AI features, reverse engineer the app, interfere with the service, or attempt unauthorized access.
• Use DOZI in a way that violates law, third-party rights, or platform rules.

Your Content

You keep ownership of information and content you enter into DOZI. You grant us permission to process that content as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve DOZI, including syncing data, generating reminders, estimating nutrition, operating AI features, and responding to support requests.

Apple Health, Camera, Photos, and Notifications

Some features require optional iOS permissions. You control Apple Health, camera, photo library, and notification permissions through iOS. If you disable a permission, related features may not work.

Service Changes and Availability

DOZI is evolving. We may update, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We try to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Intellectual Property

DOZI, including its design, branding, software, recipes, and service content, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from DOZI except as allowed by law or with our permission.

Disclaimers

DOZI is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, DOZI and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost data, lost profits, health outcomes, or treatment decisions arising from your use of the app.

Termination

You may stop using DOZI at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk, or used the service unlawfully.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as DOZI changes. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of DOZI after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
